Wholesale FAQs

Will I have exclusivity over your products in my area?

We know how important it is that you're able to offer your customers something different to the other shops on your high street, and so we always aim to offer exclusivity for the shops stocking our products in their postcode. This is reviewed regularly to ensure exclusivity in your area works for all parties.

Will I have to pay shipping on my wholesale order?

We offer free next day UK shipping on trade orders meeting our MOQ of £200 + VAT.

What are your wholesale payment terms?

We ask that initial orders for new accounts are paid on a pro forma basis, with the option of moving to 30 day payment terms on subsequent orders.

Should I just stock the county my shop is based in?

Variety is the spice of life, so whilst it certainly makes sense to offer your customers the fragrance of the county your shop is based in, we always recommend including 3-4 neighbouring counties, or adding in some of the UK's most popular holiday destinations too, to keep your customers coming back for more!
